How to Send a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work is being displayed on dookoon without authorization, please send a complete takedown request to our designated DMCA agent:

We process valid requests within 24–48 hours.

Required Information

Your DMCA notice must include all of the following to be considered valid:

1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim are infringed
3. The exact URL(s) on dookoon where the material appears (e.g., https://dookoon.xxx/video-123.html)
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens After Submission

• We will remove or disable access to the reported material promptly
• We will notify the user who posted the content (if identifiable)
• Repeat infringers will be permanently banned

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice to the same email (dmca@dookoon.contact) including:

• Your contact information and signature
• Identification of the removed material and its original location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
• Consent to jurisdiction in Cyprus or your local federal court

We will restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit.
